My Health Care Manager (MHCM) has made a business of pairing premier adult care management with award winning technology. PrairieVision Design collaborated with My Health Care Manager on the following initiatives.

SCANS™/CARE ADVISOR CUSTOM APPLICATION
SCANS is the foundation of My Health Care Manager’s personalized and comprehensive approach to geriatric management services. Our contribution of the graphical user interface for the application addressed both professional and patient needs. SCANS technology “enables health care managers to tap into industry-wide best practices, recommended actions and real world tools in order to ensure a high quality experience for seniors and their families.” On May 20, 2010 SCANS won a prestigious TechPoint Mira Award.

PATIENT-CARE PORTAL
MHCM envisioned a portal to improve caregiver-client interaction, increase client access to meaningful knowledge, and facilitate connections in the caregiving community. We teamed with MHCM to determine portal requirements and create dashboard concepts addressing those requirements with innovation in mind.

PUBLIC WEBSITE
Improving their public website was a key strategy for MHCM to uniquely address business needs of their three customer areas: caregiving individuals needing professional support, firms who license MHCM services, and employers who purchase eldercare insurance for their employees. We teamed with MHCM to determine site requirements and design creative options for the site structure and look and feel. After client approval, we implemented the site employing skilled project management and expert development that resulted in a launch that was on time and on budget.
